Feature:
(1) Power Supply:
The EM6400 motherboard’s full load power consumption is 30W.
Please use the correct voltage. Excessive voltage will burn the motherboard.
Please use enough current. If the current is insufficient, it will not work, and even cause crashes, restarts, blue screens and other problems.
The EM6400D motherboard supports DC input 12V , DC jack is 5.5x2.5mm, also supports 4-pin DC_PWR socket.
The EM6400A motherboard supports 20-pin ATX socket and standard desktop computer’s ATX power supply.
The DC input jack and 20-pin ATX socket cannot work simultaneously. If you need DC input jack or 20-pin ATX socket, please inform us in advance.
(2) Display Function:
The VGA interface / VGA_H1 pin, EDP1/VGA_H2, LVDS/EDP support single display, dual/triple display copy, dual/triple display expansion, dual display under SHELL.
The VGA interface and VGA_H1 pin are same signals and only support synchronous display, not asynchronous display.
Option dual VGA display (VGA interface/VGA_H1 pin + VGA_H2 pin):
The VGA_H2, EDP1 pins cannot work simultaneously. By default,the motherboard supports EDP1, does not support VGA_H2. If you need VGA_H2, please inform us in advance. Note after supporting VGA_H2, the EDP1 cannot work.
Option dual EDP display: The LVDS, EDP pins cannot work simultaneously. By default,the motherboard supports LVDS, does not support EDP. If you need EDP, please inform us in advance.
The EDP1 pin cannot be displayed independently. EDP1 pins must be used in combination with EDP or LVDS. Option EDP1+EDP or EDP1+LVDS.
(3) Mini-PCIE interface for WiFi / Bluetooth / 3G / 4G LTE / GPS module,etc:
By default,the Mini PCIE interface supports PCIE, USB signals.
The Mini PCIE interface doesn’t support SATA signal.
(4) M.2 interfaces:
For SSD:
By default,the NGFF1 interface is Key-M 2280 size, supports SATA signal.
The NGFF1 interface can be chosen NVME(PCIE) signal. If you need NVME(PCIE) signal, please inform us in advance (Need to modify the hardware of the motherboard).
For Wifi&Bluetooth module:
By default,the M2_WIFI interface is Key-E 2230 size, supports PCIE, USB signals, and supports Wifi and Bluetooth module.
The M2_WIFI interface doesn’t support SSD.
(5) USB interfaces/pins:
A power: After turning off the motherboard, the built-in USB pins/ rear USB interfaces are still with electricity.
S power: After turning off the motherboard, the built-in USB pins/ rear USB interfaces have no electricity.
By default,the built-in USB pins and rear USB interfaces have S power. Cannot be chosen A power.
(6) Serial Port (COM Pins):
The motherboard supports optional 2xCOM or 6xCOM. By default, all COM pins support RS232.
The COM1, COM3 support optional RS232/RS485 signal by BIOS setting.
The 9th pin of COM1 / COM2 supports optional 0V,5V,12V output by JPCOM1 / JPCOM2 jumper setting. By default,the COM1 / COM2 has 0V.
All COM pins can be chosen TTL function. If you need TTL, please inform us in advance.
Expansion: Option 6xRS485 at least, if you need,please inform us in advance (Add an RS232-RS485 mini board).
(7) Ethernet:
By default, the motherboard supports 1x1000Mbps RJ45 LAN interface(1xRealtek 8111H 1GbE chip).
