A:We design,produce,sell,maintain motherboard,mini PC.
We have many types motherboards,like Mini-itx,Nano-itx,OPS,Firewall,120*120mm,x86 motherboards.
Our products mainly use for industrial production,banking,shops,supermarkets, transportation,
medical and other industries.
They also application to ordering machines, cash registers,ATM,digital signage, advertising machines, spot welders, electronic whiteboards, conference equipment, teaching equipment, multimedia players and other equipments.
Q:How many engineers are there in your company?
A:Now we have 20 engineers and technicians.
For the company to develop better,we moved to a new office address in July 2018,we have expanded our office space,now we have 3500 square meters office space.
Every year we continue to increase our staff to meet the needs of the company's development.

A: No need to customize our products(in stock,MOQ is 1 piece;
Just simply customize our products in stock,MOQ is 1 piece;
If the product is not in stock,MOQ needs to be determined from our production manager;
Tailor-made order,MOQ is 3000 pieces,design fees is US$10000.
Q: What is lead time of the products?
A: Within 2~7 working days after full payment completed.
The delivery period begins when we receive the amount.
Our all motherboards/mini PCs and accessories have been passed the QC testing before delivery.
Q:Can you provide OEM/ODM service?
A: Yes,of course!
You can add or remove the interfaces,modules,pins,etc;
You can add your logo on startup screen or chassis;
You can customize your chassis,motherboard;

You can customize freely as you want, but the unit price will be different depends on the configuration of your needs, please contact us to get more details!
Q: If I add our logo on chassis or startup screen,what is MOQ?
A:Under normal circumstances,the MOQ is 1 piece,the price will not change.
Q:What operating system does your motherboard/Mini PC support?
A: Supporting Win 2000,Win CE,Win XP,Win 7,Win 8,Win 10,Linux series,Pfsense etc.
Q: How long is your warranty period?
A: The warranty period of motherboard is 3 years;
The warranty period of processor is 1 year.
Q:What should I do if the motherboard/mini PC is broken?
A:If the motherboard/mini PC is naturally damaged(it is not man-made damage),and the motherboard/mini PC is still under warranty,we will accept the repair.

Q:What should I do if my devices can not compatible with the motherboard/mini PC?
A:Sorry,this issue has nothing to do with product quality,we do not accept return the motherboard/mini PC.
If you want to replace the motherboard/mini PC,we accept.We follow the principles"To return the overcharge and demand payment of the shortage".
