Within 3~5 working days after full payment completed.

The delivery period begins when we receive the amount.

All of our all motherboards/mini PCs and accessories have been passed the Burn-In test, QC testing before delivery.

What should I do if the motherboard/mini PC is broken?

Accepted Answer

If the motherboard/mini PC is naturally damaged(it is not man-made damage), and the motherboard/mini PC is still under warranty, we will accept the repair. Please contact us to get more details!

What should I do if my devices can not compatible with the motherboard/mini PC?

Accepted Answer

Sorry, this issue has nothing to do with product quality, we do not accept return the motherboard/mini PC.

If you want to replace the motherboard/mini PC, we accept. We follow the principles "To return the overcharge and demand payment of the shortage".
